Even with no teeth left,
the right option for you
Considering cost, duration, and comfort,
we recommend the most suitable treatment for you.
Health insurance is covered, making it the most affordable option. However, it needs to be removed and reinserted, and chewing ability is only 20~30% of natural teeth, which may limit food choices.
Two implants are placed and connected to a denture. For those 65 and older, up to 2 implants are covered by health insurance. It offers more stability than regular dentures, but food limitations remain.
2~4 implants are placed with a removable denture connected on top. The overdenture procedure itself is not covered by health insurance, so you bear the full cost. However, with more implants than an implant denture, retention and chewing ability are significantly improved.
8~12 implants are placed per arch to cover all teeth. When treatment goes well, there are no dietary restrictions and you can use them comfortably like your own teeth.
Only 4~6 implants per arch are needed to complete all teeth. By placing implants only where bone is strongest, bone grafting is minimized and treatment time is shortened while enjoying the full convenience of implants.
Find the right treatment for you.

The Dental Lab difference
that determines prosthetics quality
There is a better choice than an in-house dental lab
Clinics with In-house Dental Lab
Small in-house lab → limited expertise
Hard to verify with only 1~2 technicians
Slow to update equipment and materials
Godeok First Dental
Carefully selected professional dental lab through university hospital network
Equipped with latest CAD/CAM and expert staff
Close communication with the doctor for precise bite alignment
Immediate remake if unsatisfied with prosthetics quality
Knowing a good dental lab is also a skill
Thanks to the network built with fellow professors and doctors while serving as a University Hospital Visiting Professor, we use carefully selected professional dental labs. We guarantee higher prosthetics quality than small in-house dental labs.
DENTAL LAB
For prosthetics quality,
a carefully selected professional dental lab
Knowing a good dental lab is also a skill
The technician's skill determines prosthetics quality
No matter how good the implant, it's useless if the prosthetics on top aren't precise. We fabricate at a professional dental lab personally verified by the Head Doctor.
Why a professional dental lab?
Verified through university hospital network
Through the network of fellow professors and doctors built while serving as a University Hospital Visiting Professor, we carefully select only verified professional dental labs.
Expertise beyond small in-house labs
Professional dental labs are equipped with the latest CAD/CAM equipment and skilled technicians, producing far higher quality prosthetics than 1~2 person in-house labs.
Close communication with the doctor
Rather than simply ordering and receiving, the doctor personally explains each case and consults with the technician to achieve the right bite and aesthetics for each patient.
An in-house dental lab is not always better
In-house dental labs are fast, but with limited staff, they often have limitations in expertise and equipment. Godeok First Dental chose quality over speed. It needs to be done right from the start to last a lifetime.

FAQ
Dentures or implants — which is right for me?
If cost is a major concern, insurance-covered dentures may be suitable. If you prioritize chewing ability and comfort, implant-based treatment is better. We recommend the optimal treatment considering bone condition, age, and budget.
Can I get insurance coverage if I'm 65+?
Yes, if you are 65 or older, health insurance covers up to 2 implants. Dentures are also eligible for insurance coverage, significantly reducing your out-of-pocket costs.
Is All-on-X possible even with bone loss?
Yes. All-on-X selects areas with good bone for implant placement, minimizing bone grafting. We'll provide an accurate assessment after 3D CT diagnosis.
How long does full-arch implant treatment take?
All-on-X takes 3-6 months on average. Temporary prosthetics are placed immediately after surgery, so you're never without teeth.
Can I eat anything after full-arch implants?
Yes, once treatment is complete, there are virtually no dietary restrictions. You'll recover 80-90% of natural chewing ability.
